Immunohistochemistry analysis of formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) human cerebral cortex (Left image), kidney (Middle image), and tonsil (Right image) tissues were prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) using 366942 (1:50). Reactivity was detected using an HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse micro-polymer secondary antibody and DAB. Punctate cytoplasmic staining of cerebral cortex neurons and kidney glomeruli & subets of tubules, as well as cytoplasmic staining of both germinal & non-germinal center cells of tonsil tissue was observed.
